What you need to know about this and next years' Masters

As in previous years, Augusta National is offering practice round tickets for next years tournament (or as Hootie Johnson used to say "toonament").  However, this time around you can only apply online (click here http://bit.ly/fcgvzy).  The big surpirse is that for the first time in 47 years you'll also be able to apply for daily round tickets for Thursday through Sunday.  In typical Masters fashion, Billy Payne stated that the amount of tickets that will be available will be "significant," as if anyone knows what that really means.

Also, for the first time ever, you can play Augusta National on your Xbox on EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour '12.  Interesting that after what happened last year with Tiger, and the severe tongue lashing he got from Mr. Payne, that they would even consider letting this happen.  Turns out the deal was struck two years ago before Tiger's life took a slight turn (or hook).  Maybe that's why Billy was so mad.

Lastly, for you golf fans, this is only the second time in history that all 4 major championships are held by players outside the USA.  On that note, I'm headed to the range........
